Almost 17 tourist destinations in the Kumaon region of the hill state under the Manaskhand Circuit. The places to be connected as part of the project include –Adi Kailash, Jageshwar temple, Kainchi Dham, Kasardevi Temple, Purnagiri temple, Golu Devta temple, Katarmal Sun Temple, Ranikhet, Pithoragarh, Patalbhuvneshar, Udham singh Nagar etc. Actually it's a Yatra towards lord Shiva’s Footprint. “Finding Shiva” – Beyond life and death- Adi Kailash the Home of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati.


Adi Kailash is one of the Panch Kailash according to Hindu Mythology. OM Parvat and Adi Kailash are considered very sacred place in Hinduism. Just a darshan of it can make your inner self enlightened and cleansed. It is believed that the cosmic energy that is prevalent here can transform a person. It is the land of tranquility and serenity. The demon king Ravana meditated here and was blessed by Almighty Shiva with the strength of 20 arms and brains of 10 head. According to the legends, there are only eight mountains in India, which has an impression of OM symbol. Out of these eight, only one has been discovered, which is known as Om Parvat or Adi Kailash. This magical mountain, Adi Kailash, is standing tall at an elevation of 6191 m in the Dharchula district. It is quite known for its strong religious and adventure connect, also, it is believed that the mountain has a miraculous nature. One thing, which makes this mountain look apart from other Himalayan ranges is its OM shape, which is formed by the by deposition of snow on the black mountain.

Day 1

Day 01- Arrival at Kathgodam Railway station and drive to Dwarahat, Ranikhet

7Am morning depart to Dwarahat, Ranikhet from Kathgodam railway station. On the way visit Kainchi dham and Ranikhet city. Check in hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2

Day 02- Mahavatar Baba ji cave Excursion

After breakfast drive to Kukuchina and start trek to Sri Mahavatar baba ji cave. It’s a holy cave where Sri Lehari Mahashaya met with his Guru Sri Mahaavtar baba ji. You can get more details in autobiography of yogis . After meditation session back to Dwarahat, on the way visit Doonagiri Shaktipeeth . Overnight stay at Dwarahat

Day 3

Day 03- Dwarahat to Kasardevi

 After breakfast drive to Kasardevi, on the way visit Katarmal Sun Temple, Check in the resort/ hotel with warm welcome. Late afternoon will go for Finding Shiva walk to Kasardevi Temple. Kasardevi is one of the high energetic destination in the world, it’s a truly heaven for spiritual seekers. Overnight stay at Kasardevi.

Day 4

Day 04- Kasardevi to Pithoragarh

After breakfast drive to Pithoragarh, on the way visit Jageshwar dham, Chetai Golu Devta temple and Gurna Mata Temple. Overnight stay at Pithoragarh.

Day 05- Pithoragarh - Dharchula

Today we start for Dharchula early in the morning. On reaching Dharchula we get Paper work for Inner line Permit done. We need inner line permit for today as we almost touch International border of Nepal today. Dinner and Overnight stay at Basic Hotel Washroom available).

Day 6

Day 06- Dharchula – Finding Shiva Community Village Nabi

Today morning after having breakfast we move to Nabi the area that we are visiting is simply beautiful village. En-route We will also visit natural beautiful villages like Chialekh ,Garbyang ,Gunji and Napalchu on the way to Nabi. This village is base camp of Adi Kailasha, you can feel the real experience of Himalayan culture and divine gravity. Overnight stay at Home Stay (Common Washroom) in Nabi Village.

Day 7

Day 07- Om Parvat Visit

Early morning visit Om Parvat. Approx 2 Hrs by vehicle to reach Om Parvat. Where you can see a “Miracle of Nature” ! Where Snow lies on the mountain in the shape of Om. After darshan of Om parvat, relax there with yourself, try to do meditation and feel the real blessing of Shiva. This is a day of Finding Shiva. Later visit Kalapani (Subject to permission) then back to our Base Nabi village for overnight stay.

Day 8

Day 08- Nabi – Adi Kailash

Today early in the morning drive to Adi Kailash. Participate on parikrama of Parvati Sarovar, 2km trek (Depend on your fitness), explore the inner consciousness, Energy of Lord Shiva, close your eyes and feel the vibration. It’s a high altitude destination so can’t stay more. Back to Nabi village. Evening will participate on cultural program; understand the life style of Himalayan villages. Overnight stay at Nabi village.

Day 09- Nabi village – Chaukori

After breakfast , early morning drive to Chaukori, check in the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 10

Day 10- Chaukori– Patal Bhuvneshwar- Tanakpur

After breakfast drive to Patal Bhuvneshwar, visit cave then drive to Tanakpur. On the way visit Swami Vivekananda Mayawati Ashram, Champawat City and panoramic view of Himalayas. Later evening reach at Tanakpur for overnight stay.

Day 11

Day 11- Mata Purnagiri Shaktipeeth Darshan

Early morning drive to Bhairav Mandir and start trek to Mata Purnagiri Shaktipeeth, it’s a holy temple and you can offer your worship. Enjoy the seenic beauty along with Kali river. By the late afternoon back to Tanakpur for overnight stay.

Day 12

Day 12 – Tanakpur– Kathgodam railway station/ Pantnagar airport

After breakfast drive to Kathgodam/Pantnagar. On the way visit Nanak Sagar, Nanakmatha Gurodwara (Udhamsingh Nagar). Trip is ends here with unforgettable spiritual Experience

A : Day temperature will hover around 08 to 18 degree Celsius, while night temperature can go down to -05 and at some places more.

A: Adi Kailash and Kailash Mansarovar is different destination but both are Panch Kailash. Adi Kailash is in Indian Himalayas and Kailash Mansarovar is in Tiebet. Both are holy mountains.

A: due to the heavy snow fall inner line permit process is closed by administration in winter.

A: It’s a natural shape of Om on snow-capped mountain. According to Hindu scripts, it’s a sign of high energy and creation.

A: From Kathgodam to Dharchula, it’s well connected road but from Dharchula to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat totally off-road. We used 4/4 transport for particular strech.

A: AMS is result of sudden exposure to reduced air pressure and lower oxygen level at high altitude. General symptoms are Headache, Fatigue, Nausea, and Loss of appetite, sleeplessness, heavy breathing. Descending down and inhaling oxygen can cure it faster. That is why we recommend to spend at least two days in Leh, so that you get some time to acclimatize.

A: You don’t need to worry much about the professional gears much; they are built to sustain such extreme weathers. For basic gears, just keep that battery at warm places.

A: No, we suggest you buy it at home location and try it out couple of times.

A: Not too much but while visit Gauri Kund and Parvati sarovar then we have to do 6km trek .

A: Please consult your doctor for the same.

A: Yes. You have to make medical fitness certificate from any MBBS doctor. we will assist you for Inner line permit.
